ESG reporting countdown
Four Australian ESG dates that decide what must be lodged, when, and with whose signature. Our ESG Reporting practice builds the controlled evidence system behind every one of them.
Annual report for the preceding financial year to the Clean Energy Regulator — facilities ≥ 25,000 t CO₂-e or 100 TJ; corporate groups ≥ 50,000 t CO₂-e or 200 TJ.
⚖ NGER Act civil penalties — up to 2,000 penalty units for a missed report, plus daily continuing penalties
Entities with consolidated revenue ≥ A$100m lodge within six months of year end — approved by the governing body and signed by a responsible member.
